To create a warm, comfortable, and diverse college life, Ling College offers various function rooms to all Ling College students and staff free of charge. The function rooms include: an Idyllic Reading Room, Me & We for faculty and students, a Leisure and recreational room, a Calligraphy and Painting room, a Piano room, an instrument room, a Music and Dance room, and a Multi-function Hall.

To reserve a function room based on your actual needs, log in MyPortal (https://i.cuhk.edu.cn). Click on "Application Center" at the top right side of the webpage, go to "System Applications," add "Venue Booking" to "My Application" in "Application Center", and then select "Ling College" to make a reservation.
