The Ling Media Center is responsible for promoting college events, assisting in building the college's brand, and publicizing its culture. The media center consists of four departments: Planning, Design, Editorial, and Photography. Each department is led by a department director, who works together with the center's chairman to supervise the center's comprehensive operations.
