Ms. ZHU Liping, Rainbow

Sr. Manager

Known as "Rainbow Sister", a listener of hearts and an idealistic helper. With over a decade of frontline experience in the international education field, she has served as the Director of International High School Programs, Manager of International University Student Affairs, Residence Supervisor, and College Manager. She received advanced training from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in high-level psychological capital, was certified in mental health first aid and CPR, and was a career counselor. A person who walks to work, initiator of morning runs at the academy, and enjoys literature, nature, and animals. A stable core, an idealist who is both progressive and "Buddhist" in approach, actively pursues the meaning of life, and sees the beauty of the world as a place to nurture kindness.

Ms. XU Yimeng, Yeemon 

Sr. Supervisor

The first employee to join the Ling College office, Yeemon is mainly responsible for student activities and publicity, growing alongside Dayang Academy. Also, a lover of films and film festivals, with a unique perspective on film selection; an eclectic reader who favors folklore and weird tales, her favorite book this year is "You Yang Miscellany". She is a friend to all students, always ready to chat about life and the world.

Ms. Zhu Yuan, Karen 

Senior College Mentor II

Known as Little Zhu, with the English name Karen. Having taught English at a university in Suzhou for ten years, she joined Ling College in October 2023 after graduating with a degree in Applied Psychology from Renmin University of China. She loves writing notes, watching documentaries, and organizing book clubs. Skilled at inspiringly sharing learning journeys and deep-rooted values, she looks forward to resonating with you.

Ms LIN, Beiman, Becky 

Executive Officer

With 8 years of experience in student work at universities and a background in event planning, Becky primarily handles administrative affairs, is assistant to the master manages community affairs for resident students, and organizes student leisure activities and community service projects. She loves nature and believes that she meets in the forest community and gets to know each other through every chat. She looks forward to growing together and gaining more happiness and radiance.

Ms. LIU Xinyu, Cynthia

Executive Officer

Cynthia joined the office in December 2023 and was voted as the most "E" person in the office. She graduated from China Academy of Art with a bachelor's degree and from the University of Melbourne with a master's degree, having years of experience in architecture, education, and event planning. She hopes to dedicate her life to innovative and creative endeavors. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting art/design exhibitions, creating art, learning various dance styles, and is a "retired national champion cheerleader", an "ordinary genius in painting", and an "amateur zither performer". She aims to communicate, share joyful energy, and become everyone's Happy Virus.

Ms. CHEN Yuyue

Graduated with a Master's degree from the University of Queensland, Australia, with rich overseas study and living experience. Joined the Office of Ling College in 2024, primarily responsible for student activities and publicity. A high-energy ENFJ, passionate about traveling, music, and swimming, and eager to explore the infinite possibilities of the world. Looking forward to creating an even more exciting campus life with the students!

Ms. DING Qiongyao

Sr. Executive Assistant

Master's degree in Education from Ontario University, Canada, with several years of overseas study and work experience. Joined Ling College in 2024, responsible for student affairs and publicity. Enjoys traveling, reading, watching TV shows, and following series. Always happy to chat with students about studies, life, or favorite books and films, and hopes to explore more interesting possibilities together!

Ms. LIN Yitong, Samantha

Sr. Executive Assistant

Often nicknamed "Teacher Sa" due to her long name. With both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Macau, she has six years of experience living and working in a university college at the University of Macau. As one of the first employees to join the Dayang Academy office in July 2022, she primarily handles student affairs-related tasks. In her personal life, she is a conscientious and kind introvert. While her initial impression may seem reserved, her ultimate goal is to become the trusted and comforting elder sister of students.

Mr. CHEN Runmin, Andy

Executive Assistant

Known as Di Ge, Andy holds various titles such as Member of the Midnight Heartbreak Club, Participant in the National Weight Loss Competition, and Former 1800-Line Star on Friends Circle. With knowledge in photography, various ball sports, singing, and painting, he welcomes students to experience a uniquely strange yet enjoyable life with him.

Graduated from University College London and joined Ling College in 2024. Currently responsible for administrative affairs related to the college. Hopes to cherish the present, accomplish every task well, and approach each experience with an exploratory mindset and a perspective of growth.
