On November 15, 2024, Ling Academy held a lecture of extraordinary significance. Assistant Professor Wang Siyu from the School of Archaeology and Museology of Peking University was invited to be the keynote speaker, bringing a feast of knowledge to teachers and students.

On October 16, 2023, the third session of "Seeking the Origins of China" lecture series, "The Archaeological Evidence of the Xia Dynasty" was held in W201, Administrative Building. This session aims to explore the authenticity of historical materials and to investigate Xia Dynasty capitals on Central Plains.

The "Seeking the Origins of China" lecture series, jointly organized by Ling College and the University Arts Center, officially commenced on September 6, 2023. For the inaugural session, Ling College had the honor of inviting renowned archaeologist Professor Gao Dalun to deliver a lecture titled "Sanxingdui Ruins and Ancient Chinese Civilization." Recently, the Sanxingdui Ruins have garnered significant public interest, making it an attractive theme for the opening lecture, drawing many students and faculty interest.
