Each floor of the dormitory requires the establishment of a Floor Committee, serving as the grassroots student organization responsible for daily management, event organization, self-service, and care for all students on that floor. The Floor Committee is chaired by the floor's tutor, who recruits students to participate in management roles, including Education Officer, Activities & Engagement Officer, Sports Officer and some other Officers. The Floor Committee emphasizes student self-governance and leadership development, strengthening students' sense of collective belonging through peer management and social support, thereby creating a safety network within the college for psychological and academic support.
